RENEW WOMEN’S CONFERENCE
We couldn’t be more excited about our Renew Women’s Conference taking place on Friday and Saturday, October 27th – October 28th. If you’re a woman 16+, then you are going to love the life giving worship, encouraging messages and empowering community with other HC women. If you’re a mom with little ones, we are making it easier for you to attend by providing free childcare throughout the sessions! Registration for Renew opens October 1st
For some extra fun we are continuing our Renew Clothing Boutique! If you have items you would like to donate to the boutique, please bring your gently used clothes and accessories to the Renew registration table starting on October 1st. Everything provided at the boutique will be gifted first come first served.

Common Questions
Will childcare be provided?
Childcare will provided during the conference, but we do ask that you register your child by using the childcare registration at the top of the page. If at all possible, we encourage you make arrangements for your children so that you can use the conference as a “getaway” and be distraction free and receive all that God has for you.
What should I bring?
You can come just as you are, but you are welcome to bring a Bible, a notebook, and a pen.
What should I wear?
The attire is casual. You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket if you get cold easily.
Are there any fees for the conference?
Renew has a small fee of $25 per person. There is an early bird price of $20 if you register between 10/1 – 10/15. All costs will include all meals and snacks. There will also be complimentary coffee.
Do I have to register now or can I just register at the door?
Renew is one of our most popular events, so we highly recommend registering as soon as possible! While we don’t plan on turning anyone away, your registration will help us prepare for food, dessert and activities that we’re planning throughout the conference.
Am I allowed to attend if I'm not a member or haven't completed the Welcome to Church Party?
Are you kidding? Please come! Church membership and completion of the Welcome to Church Party are not required to attend the Renew conference.
May I invite unchurched friends or friends who not attend Heartland to the conference?
Please do! Renew is designed for the women of Heartland and the women in their lives: friends, family, co-workers and neighbors.
What is the typical age range of women who attend?
Ladies of all ages are welcome! There will be women from every age range that attend, so everyone should feel comfortable. Topics that will be discussed are most appropriate for high school ages and above. Please note that there are Student Ministries retreats designed for junior high students that will be more age-appropriate and topic-specific for them.
