1. GraceBridge Food Distribution at The Fountains of Rosemeade

We will have in-person food distribution at The Fountains of Rosemeade apartments. We will distribute food and personal care boxes and pray for all that come to bless their family.

2. GraceBridge Food Distribution at Evergreen Farmers Branch

We will take food to a local retirement community and serve several families there. Volunteers will help deliver to the retirement apartments, then pray with and encourage the recipients.

3. Clothed in Hope at the Fountains of Rosemeade

A Mobile Clothing Ministry will be going to the Fountains of Rosemeade and setting up a Free Clothing Outreach right in their community. We are bringing Infant-Adult Clothing, New Flip Flops, New Underwear and Socks and Children’s Books. We will love on, bring hope to pray with and serve the wonderful families living there.

4. Feed My Starving Children Mobile Pack event at Heartland Church

We are so honored to partner with FMSC to pack 50,000 meals. We need you to join us by serving on a packing team. People of all ages and abilities are welcome! Ages 5 years-105 will help us measure, seal, and pack up meals to be sent across the nation and world to starving children.

5. Carrollton Firefighter Appreciation

Join other Heartland Partners in taking lunch to the local fire station and thanking the men and women there for their service to our community. We will write thank you cards and make lunch and desserts for them.

6. SERVE Day Set Up team (pre-event)

We need a few good men and women to help us set up tables and chairs as well as transform our church for SERVE Day. We will meet on Friday June 14th from 3:00PM- 7:00 PM to get it all set for the morning.

7. SERVE Day Food Team- Breakfast

This team will prep and serve the food for breakfast before the SERVE Day event begins. The Breakfast SERVE team will meet Beth and Mando at HC at 7:00 AM and complete your serve after the rally and clean-up is complete around 10:00 AM.

8. SERVE Day Food Team- Lunch

This food team will set up with Nosa to prep and grill food for our team when they complete all their projects. Nosa will begin setting up at 9:00 AM and you will join him after the SERVE Day rally.

9. SERVE Day Parking Lot team

This mighty team will direct our SERVE team as they arrive to serve in the morning. This team will start at 8:00 setting out cones and welcome all our partners and guests to SERVE Day!

10. SERVE Day Registration and Administration team

This team makes us all look good! The registration team will meet in the student auditorium at 8:00 on SERVE Day to check in all of those that are serving at our various projects. We need 10 people on this team to help people get signed in, get their t-shirt and name badge and direct folks to the rally. Then after the rally this team will get all of those administrative details inputted.

11. SERVE Day Décor Team (pre-event)

The décor team will be setting up the fun and pretty elements of SERVE Day, think balloons, signs, pom poms, lights and more. This team will meet and complete their project starting Friday July 14th.

12. SERVE Day Reset Team (Saturday, July 15 from 1:00PM-2:00PM)

After all of the food is packed and items are put away, we need to get our church ready for Sunday service. We need a few good people to help us make sure that every room, sidewalk, and parking space is clean and every table is properly put away. This team will swoop into action as soon as the projects are done at 1:00 PM and finish at 2:00 PM. Lunch will be provided.
