Heartland Church wants you to know that we care deeply about what’s going on in your life. Each request that is sent to us is emailed to our prayer intercessors. When you mark your prayers as confidential, it is sent only to the members of the pastoral team and prayer ministry team leads.
The Bible tells us that the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and that His ears are open to their prayers (1 Peter 3:12). No matter what you may be going through today, know that the moment you pray, God hears you!

Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! My daughter, Olivia, has been having pretty frequent night terrors. My husband and I have constantly been researching ways to prevent them and nothing really seems to be working yet. I know she doesn't remember them and she isn't hurt by them but it honestly scares me really bad every time. She screams and cries and thrashes and is dripping in sweat for several minutes. She recently started getting out of bed while they are happening. And I can never go back to sleep. I stay up crying and praying and researching more ways to prevent them. I have been praying over her but I would love for it to be on some more prayer lists as well. It is causing everyone to lose quite a bit of sleep in the house, which we all know is never good. Thanks in advance! Love my church fam 🙂 My son Guy has been in Puerto Rico since October working on the Hurricane damage. He found out today that he will be coming home. He had hoped to stay for the year so that he and his wife can pay off their debts. He is asking for prayer on what God wants him to do once he gets back to his home. He is not sure that working for his old company is where God wants him to be. Pray that God's hand will direct him and that he will have peace with God's direction. Requesting prayers for healing and restoration both physically and emotionally for my cousin, Kathy Prickyl. She has been in the hospital for a week in ICU with pancreatitis due to alcohol addiction. She has been placed on a ventilator, and although her health is not declining, no steady improvement is being made either. She has suffered much loss in her life, and doesn’t feel she has anything left to live for. I ask for prayers that God will reveal to her how many people love her and are praying for her. I also ask for prayers that God’s grace and mercy, and His plan for her life will be revealed. My 94 year old father in law is in the hospital with pneumonia and flu virus. The doctors say he is failing. Just last weekend, we also buried my sister in law after a long hard battle with cancer. Please pray for him.... His name is Kenneth H Bair, Jr. Thank you I am desperate need for the Lord to show up in my life right now. I have been begging him for weeks now to give me any sign of His presence. I participated in the 21 day devotional...I am truly trying, but feel very alone right now. Unfortunately, I am in a dark place now and not sure what else to do at this point. I need prayer that the Lord will show up for me. I needed this year to be my "comeback" after a very rough 2017. I just need the Lord to step in for me and I appreciate your prayer. Please keep Anonymous- I am quite embarrassed and it took a lot for me to reach out. Thank you for your prayer. My Grandmama had a massive heartache, She has stints put in, some fluid on her lungs, and they have her in a coma. In a couple of weeks they will put more stints in. Strength in fitness/overcoming bad eating habits; strength in the face of large amounts of schoolwork; discipline, endurance.
I feel a calling to do much more than I have been these past two years, but it's intimidating opening up to God's will for my life. I ask God for guidance and peace into and through this. Two quick things.....
1) Praise report!!! I start a new 6 month consulting opportunity tomorrow and am praying it culminates into a full-time opportunity this summer. Thanks to each of you for your encouragement and steadfast prayer and support; it has truly meant so much!
2) Prayer requests:
a) Please pray and stand in agreement with me that God uses me as He intends through this opportunity and equips me with wisdom, knowledge, grace and discernment in order to successfully fulfill my responsibilities.
b) Please pray for my grandson, Noah, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. His sugar levels are continually fluctuating which makes this disease more complex and difficult to manage. Please pray for his mom, Lauren, and her fiance, Michael, as they continue adjusting to this new chapter in Noah's life. They desperately need God, now more than ever, and my prayer is this season will be a turning point in their lives to lean in, and move toward, our one true Source.
Thank you so much, love and blessings to all! Please pray for healing for Sherry Childs. She has been dealing with pain in her knees and needs for God to intervene in that situation. She also is beginning to having pains moving around in her limbs which is either arthritis or some other type of auto immune disease My step daughter Nichole is bipolar and will not seek help. She is out of control and about to lose her husband and sons because of it. Please pray that she will see we only care for her and want her to seek help and support.
