My husband and I have been together for almost 16 years. Middle school sweethearts. Nine months ago he decided to walk away from his four kids and I to entertain a coworker 9 years older than him. He claims he loves her more. She lives half across the country and he spends 99% of his time with her. He goes weeks, sometimes a month at a time, without reaching out to our children at all. He became someone I don’t know, often talking about needing counseling. He occasionally comes back begging us to forgive him and every time we do it makes the struggle of his next abandonment that much worse. The kids and I can’t do it anymore and have decided to move and start over fresh. Please pray that the kids and I can transition well with our new move and that my husband gets the help he needs so he can be that dad he was for all those years that my kids need. Thank you!
