What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. The Dream Team is how we do ministry at Heartland Church. From creating an exciting environment as a greeter, to producing live services through a camera on our production team, to raising up the next generation and working with children—the Dream Team is the heart and soul of Heartland Church. We are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

Explore the Teams
The A-Team uses our gift of administration to support Heartland teams by using computer skills, data entry, scheduling, and attention to details.
Requirements: Age: 18+, background check
The Campus Protection Team consists of health care professionals who serve by providing basic medical care in the event of an accident or emergency, as well as men and women who monitor and secure our building to ensure the safety of all those who attend.
Requirements: Age 18+, medical certification recommended (for medical positions), background check
The Connections Team helps people before and after weekend services identify their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Groups, Welcome to Church Party, and events.
Requirements: Age 18+, background check
The Digital Team uses our gifts of photography and social media to help enhance the digital presence of Heartland Church Online.
The Dream Team hosts our Dream Team members in Dream Team Central by providing food and encouragement for those who serve services and special events.
The Events team serves at conferences and church-wide events by strategically planning and executing the organization and creation of their decor, registration, meals, etc.
The Greeters Team joyfully welcomes people to HC at the front doors with smiles and high fives, to set the tone for an incredible experience for all who walk through our doors.
Group Leaders are trained to facilitate Groups and equipped to build relationships, love and care for others while helping group members discover their next steps.
The HC Cafe Team is trained to provide an enthusiastic and seamless coffee experience for guests–from taking orders, processing payments, crafting specialty drinks and most importantly, making positive personal connections.
The Heartland Kids Team invests in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, Small Groups, and games.

The Heartland Youth team helps students get connected to our Heartland Youth ministry through weekly services, groups, retreats, conferences.

The Legacy team uses our gift of giving to support vision projects and facilitate the future vision of HC through strategic financial offerings.
The Outreach/Missions Team facilitates serving opportunities through Saturday Serve projects and other campus outreach expressions.
The Parking Team serves as the first impression for those coming to Heartland by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
The Prayer Team provides prayer both in service and outside of weekend services for people, teams, and ministries at Heartland.
The Production Team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, and other visual elements. The Production Team also serves as the primary tool to provide an online worship experience.
The Usher Team is a team of men and women who assist people to seats, facilitate offering and help maintain a distraction free service environment.
The Welcome to Church Party team serves as the hosts of the Welcome to Church Party greeting participants, providing materials, and serving as table leaders for those discovering their next steps at Heartland.
