Heartland Church exists to love people to life and one way we do that is providing hope to those in our community who are in need of assistance. Our goal is not to simply distribute food and other material goods, but to develop lasting relationships that, over time, will encourage those who receive help to return and help others.

GraceBridge at Heartland seeks to serve families in need, primarily through food assistance in the local area.  If you or someone that you know may be in need of assistance, please contact us. We serve personal care boxes on the first Saturdays and food boxes on the first Saturdays by registration.

Starting Wednesday, April 1st through Sunday, May 31st we will be collecting shelf stable food for people and pets and personal care items to distribute to the people in our community that are in need. Please purchase from the list provided below and drop off at Heartland Church in the drive-thru area at the back of the church between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm every day. There will be marked containers for the items.


[liquid soap, bar soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo – full size, conditioner – full size, men’s and women’s deodorant, shaving cream, disposable razors, toothbrushes -individually packaged,

toothpaste – full size]

We continue to collect your gently used clothing and shoes.  Please place in the labeled GraceBridge Collection bin in the parking lot. This is an ongoing project to help our neighbors with needs.
